Performance characteristics:
This structure is a four roll type, with the upper roll as the driving force. The output gear of the hydraulic motor is matched with the upper gear to provide torque for the rolled sheet metal;
The lower roller performs vertical lifting and lowering motion, which is obtained by the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic cylinder acting on the piston to clamp the plate, using hydraulic transmission;
Side rollers are installed on both sides of the lower roller and perform tilting motion along the frame guide rail, transmitted through hydraulic cylinders;
The advantage of this machine is that the top pre bending and rounding of the board can be carried out on the same equipment.
